20. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – Water System and Chief Operating Officer) (Approved by General Manager) Approval of Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. 47389-6 for Science, Technology, and Air Quality Services for the Owens Lake, Owens Valley, and Mono Basin with Air Sciences Inc. The Amendment will extend the term by six months and the current notto-exceed amount of $17,100,000 will remain unchanged. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

21. (Recommended by Chief Administrative Officer – Corporate Services) (Approved by General Manager) Approval of Cooperative Purchase Agreement No. 47506 for Marketing and Advertising Broker Services with Quigley-Simpson and Heppelwhite, Inc., for a term of 26 months and an amount not to exceed $6,000,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(2).

23. (Recommended by General Counsel Water and Power) (Approved by General Manager) Approval of Proposed Agreements Between the City of Los Angeles acting by and through the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) and (1) Everett Dorey LLP (No. 47518-9); (2) Lynberg & Watkins (No. 47519-9); and (3) Wood Smith Henning & Berman LLP (No. 47520-9) for Outside Counsel Legal Services.
