Recommended by Office of the City Attorney Approval of First Amendment to Legal Services Agreement between the City of Los Angeles, acting by and through the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and Hogan Lovells Cadwalader US LLP, Agreement No. 47949. The Amendment adds $400,000 for a not to exceed amount of $900,000. The term of the Agreement, commencing on November 1, 2025, and terminating October 31, 2028, and the scope of legal services shall not change with the Amendment.
