Recommended by Power System Approval of Agreement No. 47969 for Advanced Metering Infrastructure Implementation Program with Itron, Inc. to procure equipment, software, and implementation services for an Advanced Metering Infrastructure communication network solution. The Agreement is for a term of three years with two one-year extension options and an amount not to exceed $164,290,820 including contingency.
