31. Recommended by Water System Approval of Cost-Sharing for Pure Water Los Angeles Planning Efforts Related to the Hyperion Water Reclamation Plant Program Implementation Plan. LADWP agrees to reimburse the Los Angeles Department of Public Works, Bureau of Sanitation and Environment, 50 percent and up to $7,000,000 of the consultant costs for the planning efforts related to the Hyperion Water Reclamation Plant Program Implementation Plan. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3). City Council approval is required.
