Recommended by Office of the City Attorney Approval of Second Amendment to Legal Services Agreement between the City of Los Angeles, acting by and through the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and Munger, Tolles & Olson, LLP. The proposed Amendment adds $10,000,000 for a not to exceed amount of $30,000,000. The term of the Agreement is January 12, 2025 through January 11, 2028.
