Recommended by Office of the Chief Strategy and Sustainability Officer Approval of Amendment to Board Resolution No. 026 104, for the Cost Recovery Agreement (CRA) with the United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, Inyo National Forest 2025-2035. The CRA has a ten-year term and a not to exceed amount of $673,512.33. The Amendment is for advanced payments of $224,504.11 for each of the first three years, fully funding the CRA for its entire term. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
