8. Recommended by Office of the Chief People Officer Approval of Agreement No. 47961 for Equal Employment Opportunity Refresher Training with The Champion Services Group, Inc. The proposed Agreement is for a term of 4 years and an amount not to exceed $800,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(2).
9. Recommended by Office of the Chief Financial Officer Approval of Authorization to Issue up to $557.315 Million, of Power System Revenue Bonds Under Resolution Nos. 5089 and 5090. The proposed Resolutions will authorize the issuance of up to $557.315 Million, of fixed-rate, tax-exempt Power System Revenue Bonds, 2026 Series B (Power 2026B Bonds) consisting of new money to partially fund the Capital Improvements to the Power System and to refinance certain outstanding Power System Revenue Bonds, 2021 Series C, 2022 Series D, and 2023 Series D (together, the “Refunded Bonds”), and to pay the related costs of the debt issuance. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

Recommended by Office of the Chief Financial Officer Approval of Fiscal Year 2026-2027 LADWP Final Budget – Power Revenue Fund Receipts and Appropriations and Associated Schedules and Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Annual Personnel Resolution. The Power Revenue Fund Proposed Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 includes total appropriations of $8.93 Billion, with net appropriations of $7.89 Billion, after accounting for receipts from the Water System, contributions in aid of construction, individuals and companies, and other miscellaneous sources. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(1).
11. Recommended by Office of the Chief Financial Officer Approval of Fiscal Year 2026-2027 LADWP Final Budget – Water Revenue Fund Receipts and Appropriations and Associated Schedules and Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Annual Personnel Resolution. 12. Recommended by Office of the Chief Financial Officer Approval of Second Amendment to International Swap Dealers Association Master Agreement No. 47641A-7 with Macquarie Energy, LLC. There is no cost involved in replacing the parent guarantee. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3). City Council approval is required.
13. Recommended by Office of the City Attorney Approval of First Amendment to Agreement No. 47891 between the City of Los Angeles, acting by and through the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and Stoel Rives, LLP. The Amendment adds $3,050,000, for an amount not to exceed $3,800,000, which would extend the term by three years, making the new termination date March 31, 2030. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).
14. Recommended by Office of the City Attorney Approval of a settlement in the matter of Voluntary Petition filed by Paul Oliva Paradis under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona, subsequently converted to Chapter 7 proceeding, Case No. 2:20-bk-06724-PS. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
15. Recommended by Water System Approval of Adoption of the 2025 Urban Water Management Plan and Water Shortage Contingency Plan. Adopting the Resolution will not have a financial impact. Environmental Recommendation is not applicable.
16. Recommended by Water System Approval of Contract No. 658 for Ferric Chloride with Kemira Water Solutions, Inc. The Contract term is for one year with four optional one-year renewal periods and an amount not to exceed $69,688,800. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – EXISTING LITIGATION (Section 54956.9(d)(1) of the California Government Code) Scott Wilderman v. Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 20STCV45139. The Board shall publicly report any action taken in closed session and the vote or abstention of every member present thereon, in accordance with Section 54957.1 of the California Government Code.
