1. Recommended by Office of the Chief Administrative Officer Approval of Third Amendment to Lease with Nev De Soto, LLC for Call Center Operations at 9332 De Soto Avenue, Chatsworth, California, 91311. The Amendment is for an additional ten-year term and a not to exceed amount of $4,632,398.68. Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

2. Recommended by Office of the Chief Administrative Officer Approval of Agreement No. 47926 for Collection Agency Management Services – DebtNext Solutions, LLC. The Agreement is for a term of five years and a not to exceed amount of $7,500,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

3. Recommended by Water System Approval of Agreement No. 47958 for Headworks Restoration Phase IV Services. The Agreement is for a term of four years and an amount not to exceed $4,655,500. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(2).
