LADWP evaluated and determined the rental charge in accordance with market rates for commercial property in Bishop, California, on September 16, 2025. The Lease will generate an initial monthly base rental income of $5,430, for an estimated income of $325,800, during the five-year Lease term. There is no expense to LADWP other than the administrative cost of processing the Lease. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301.
