29. Recommended by Water System Approval of Memorandum of Agreement between LADWP and the University of California, Berkeley to fund the Center for Smart Infrastructure. This MOA is for three years and for an amount not to exceed $1,500,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(2).

30. Recommended by Water System ?Approval of Mineral Material Free Use Permit ?CACA-50522/CA-0170-FUP-25-01 with United States Department of the ?Interior, Bureau of Land Management. There is no rental fee associated ?with the Agreement. ?Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301. ?

31. Recommended by Water System ?Approval of Memorandum of Understanding between LADWP and ?Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) for the 98th Street Recycled Water ?Extension Project. LADWP will reimburse LAWA up to $800,000, for the ?incurred costs of design, construction, construction management services, ?and will cover eligible expenses incurred by LAWA’s contractors under the ?Agreement for a 5-year term commencing on the effective date. ?Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301. ?

32. Recommended by Water System?Approval of Amendment No. 6 to Agreement No. 47071-2 with Webcor|Obayashi|Lyles for the Silver Lake Reservoir Complex Storage Replacement Project/Headworks Reservoir Project. The Amendment will increase the not to exceed amount from $388,000,000 to $406,000,000, and extend the contract to December 31, 2029. ?City Council approval is required. ?

33. Recommended by Board of Water and Power Commissioners Resolution honoring the service of Richard Katz, President of the Board of Water and Power Commissioners. ?

3. CONFERENCEWITHLEGALCOUNSEL–ANTICIPATEDLITIGATION (Section 54956.9(d)(4) of the California Government Code) Discussion regarding initiation of litigation (1 case). The Board shall publicly report any action taken in closed session and the vote or abstention of every member present thereon, in accordance with Section 54957.1 of the California Government Code.
