Approval of the Avenue 21 Property Land Use Covenant (LUC). LUC will be
entered into with the California Department of Toxic Substances Control and
recorded with the Los Angeles County Assessor. LUC restricts the Property
to commercial and industrial use and addresses the health and safety
concerns at this site. It is expected that there will be up to $10,000, per year
in administrative and labor costs associated with complying with LUC.
Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
