Recommended by Office of the Chief Strategy and Sustainability Officer Approval of Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. 47880 for the North Haiwee Dam Seismic Improvement Project - URS Corporation Americas. The proposed Amendment will extend the term by two years through February 3, 2028, and increase the current not to exceed amount of $7,500,000, by $2,000,000, for a new not to exceed amount of $9,500,000.
