19. Recommended by Water System Approval of Agreement No. WR-25-1000 with Forest Lawn Memorial Park Association Regarding Recycled Water Service at 6300 Forest Lawn Drive. The Agreement has a term of 35 years and provides delivery of approximately 800 Annual Fiscal Year (AFY), which amount will increase to 1,100 AFY contingent on the construction, permitting, and operation of the 2-million-gallon water tank on the Customer's Property. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15268(b)(4).

20. Recommended by Water System Approval of Amendment No.1 to Contract No. 273 for Services Related to the Eastern Sierra Well Installation and Rehabilitation Project with Best Drilling and Pump, Inc. The Amendment will extend the Contract term by two years to November 6, 2027, and a not to exceed amount of $18,047,649, will remain unchanged. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
