Recommended by Office of the City Attorney Approval of First Amendment to Legal Services Agreement between the City of Los Angeles, acting by and through the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and Munger, Tolles & Olson, LLP. The Amendment adds $10,000,000, for an aggregate budget of $20,000,000. The term of the Agreement, commencing on January 12, 2025, and terminating January 11, 2028, and the scope of legal services shall not change with the Amendment.
