1. Recommended by Office of the Chief Administrative Officer Approval of Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 47823-4 for Webcasting, Searchable Archiving Services and Remote Site Production Services with Network Television Time, Inc. The Amendment will extend the term of the Agreement by two years from November 5, 2025 to November 4, 2027, and increase the not to exceed amount to $874,180. Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
2. Recommended by Office of the Chief Customer Officer, Communications, and Community Affairs Approval of Agreement Nos. 47886A, 47886B, 47886C, 47886D, and 47886E for the Customer Program Engineering Services with: AECOM Technical Services, Inc.; Alternative Energy Systems Consulting, Inc.; Lincus, Inc.; TRC Solutions, Inc.; and Willdan Group, Inc. The Agreement is for a term of five years and a cumulative budgeted amount not to exceed $8,300,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

10. Recommended by Water System Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 681A for Asphalt Concrete and Concrete Pavement Trench Resurfacing, S E Pipe Line Construction Company. The Contract is for a term of one year with four optional renewal periods and an amount not to exceed $116,030,461. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
11. Recommended by Water System Approval of Resolution for Relocation and Temporary Housing for the Executive Director of Data Management, Sandhya Narayanan. The relocation costs are for an aggregate amount not to exceed $30,000, and a monthly moving allowance for up to twelve months, not to exceed $60,000. Environmental determination is not applicable.
