1. The Amendment will extend the term of the Agreement by two years from November 5, 2025 to November 4, 2027, and increase the not to exceed amount to $874,180. 4. Recommended by Office of the City Attorney Approval of Agreement No. 47927 between the City of Los Angeles, acting by and through the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and Colantuono, Highsmith & Whatley, PC. The initial allotment for the Agreement is not to exceed $2,000,000 and the term will commence on November 10, 2025, and terminate on November 9, 2028. 5. Recommended by Power System Approval of Contract No. 701 for Substructures, Precast Concrete, and Accessories with Jensen Precast. The Contract is for a term of one year with two one-year optional renewal periods and a maximum not to exceed expenditure of $89,733,239. 7. Recommended by Power System Approval of Short Form IRU-09 Lease Agreement No. FO-934-04/2025 with Disney Worldwide Services Inc. for Lease of LADWP Optical Fibers. The Agreement is for an initial term of one year with an option for yearly automatic renewals up to the fifth-year anniversary and will generate an annual revenue of $65,856, and a total revenue of $329,280, if the full term is realized. Recommended by Water System Approval of Agreement Nos. 47673A, 47673B, 47673C, 47673D, 47673E, 47673F, 47673G, 47673H, and 47673J for As-Needed Professional and Technical Engineering and Architectural Design Services with AECOM Technical Services, Inc; Arcadis U.S. Inc.; Black and Veatch Corporation; Brown and Caldwell; CDM Smith Inc.; Jacobs Engineering Group Inc.; Parsons Transportation Group; Stantec Consulting Services Inc., and Tetra Tech Inc.; respectively. Each Agreement is for a term of five years and a not to exceed amount of $120,000,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

9. Recommended by Water System Approval of Lease No. 1367 with Shane Huntley dba Niteowl Transportation Co. The Lease will generate an estimated minimum rental income of $172,800, over the five-year term. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

10. Recommended by Water System Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 681A for Asphalt Concrete and Concrete Pavement Trench Resurfacing, S E Pipe Line Construction Company. The Contract is for a term of one year with four optional renewal periods and an amount not to exceed $116,030,461. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

11. Recommended by Water System Approval of Resolution for Relocation and Temporary Housing for the Executive Director of Data Management, Sandhya Narayanan. The relocation costs are for an aggregate amount not to exceed $30,000, and a monthly moving allowance for up to twelve months, not to exceed $60,000. Environmental determination is not applicable.
