1. Recommended by Office of the Chief Administrative Officer Approval of Right of Entry with State of California, Department of Transportation for its San Gabriel River Bridge (Bridge No. 53-0060) Rail Upgrade and Widening Project - LADWP File No. P-104421. The Agreement will result in revenue of $637,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15070-15075.

2. Recommended by Office of the Chief Customer Officer, Communications, and Community Affairs Approval of Agreement No. 47916 for Technical and Administrative Services for the Self-Generation Incentive Program with Alternative Energy Systems Consulting, Inc., for a term of 24 months and an amount not to exceed $683,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

3. Recommended by Office of the Chief People Officer Approval of Resolution for Relocation and Temporary Housing for the Executive Director of Strategic Issues, Fernando Valero. Relocation costs are for an amount not to exceed $30,000, and a monthly housing allowance for up to twelve months for an amount not to exceed $60,000. Environmental Recommendation is not applicable.
