13. Recommended by Water System Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 681A for Asphalt Concrete and Concrete Pavement Trench Resurfacing with S E Pipe Line Construction Company. The Amendment will increase the Contract amount by $66,479,711, to a new not to exceed amount of $182,510,172, and the contract term will remain unchanged. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

14. Recommended by Water System Approval of Amendment to Colorado River Six Agency Committee Funding Agreement with Palo Verde Irrigation District, Imperial Irrigation District, Coachella Valley Water District, San Diego County Water Authority, and Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. The Amendment authorizes LADWP to pay eight percent of the Colorado River Board and Colorado River Joint Powers Authority’s costs in the amount of $240,960, and extend the term by one year to June 30, 2026. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

15. Recommended by Water System Approval of the Second Amendment to the Master Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Project Delivery and Service Needs with the City of Los Angeles. The Amendment will extend the term of the Master MOU for five additional years, for a cumulative term of ten years and increase the amount by $20,000,000, for a total maximum amount of $60,000,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3). City Council approval is required.

16. Recommended by Water System Approval of Expert Engineering Services for the Santa Ynez Floating Cover Replacement Project for Agreement No. 47924 with Arcadis U.S., Inc., for a term of two and a half years for a total not to exceed amount of $1,200,320. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15302.

17. Recommended by Power System Approval of Contract No. 698 for Arc Rated Clothing withWayne D. Enterprises, Inc. The contract is for a term of one year withtwo one-year optional renewal periods, for an estimated expenditure of$21,047,893, and an amount not to exceed $26,309,866. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3) and 15378(b)(4).
