9. Recommended by Water System Approval of Amendment No.3 to Agreement No. 47525 for Progressive Design- Build Services for San Fernando Groundwater Basin Remediation with Kiewit Infrastructure West Company. The Agreement will extend the term by one year for a total term of seven years ending September 8, 2026.

10. Recommended by Water System Approval of Contract Nos. 0525A and 0525B for Landscape Efficiency Assistance Program with EcoTech Services, Inc. and BrightView Landscape Services, Inc., respectively. The Contracts will provide as-needed construction services for a term of three years, an estimated expenditure of $12,659,091.75, and a not to exceed amount of $15,823,865.

11. Recommended by Water System Approval of Lease No. 1197 with Doug's RV Storage LLC. for operating and maintaining a garage, car parts sales, auto sales and rentals, and RV auto and boat storage on property owned by the City of Los Angeles under the management and control of LADWP. The Lease will generate an estimated income of $237,360, over the five-year term.
