9. Recommended by Power System Approval of Wireline Crossing Agreement with Union Pacific Railroad Company for the Installation of a 34.5-kiloVolt Underground Electric Wireline Crossing at 3400 East I Street, Wilmington, CA 90744 (Union Pacific Company Mile Post 21.46). The Agreement shall continue until terminated by either party upon a 30-day written notice and there is no license fee due upon execution of this Agreement. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) and 15303. City Council approval is required.

The Board shall publicly report any action taken in closed session and the vote or abstention of every member present thereon, in accordance with Section 54957.1 of the California Government Code.
