Recommended by Water System Approval of the Third Amendment to Agreements Nos. 47426-5 and WR06-1012 for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power’s Water Conservation Funding Agreements with the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. The Amendment will extend the Agreements with Metropolitan Water District of Southern California by 10 years. LADWP will expend funds according to its approved annual Water Conservation Program Budget based on the Water Conservation Component of the Water Supply Cost Adjustment Factor. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
