Recommended by Office of the Chief Administrative Officer Approval of the First Amendment to the License Agreement with Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority for Underground Recycled Water Lines. The existing Agreement is for a term of four years, expiring February 28, 2027. The Amendment modifies the term to continue on a month-to-month basis after the initial four-year term. Determine item is in compliance with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Sections 15070-15075.
