M. Discussion with Neighborhood Council Representatives Discussion with Neighborhood Council representatives on any Neighborhood Council Resolution or Community Impact Statement filed with the City Clerk which relate to any agenda item listed or being considered on this agenda for the Board.

N. Items for Approval The Board will consider items recommended for approval. Items on which there are speaker cards or which a Commissioner has requested pulled for discussion will generally be considered after the Management Reports and Filed Items.

1. Recommended by Chief Administrative Officer Approval of Agreement for Pinkerton Consulting and Investigations, Inc. Executive Protection Services. The Agreement is for a term of one year and an amount not to exceed $703,577. Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

2. Recommended by Office of the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Engineer Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 47851 for Organizational Design Consulting Services with Korn Ferry (US). The Amendment will increase the agreement amount by $1,444,000.00, for a new total amount of $1,904,000.00 and extend the term by twelve months for a new total term of one year and eleven months. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

3. Recommended by Financial Services Organization Approval of Authorization to Pay Excess Liability Insurance and Wildfire Insurance Premiums. Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15060(c)(2).

4. Recommended by Financial Services Organization Approval of Energy Cost Adjustment Expenditures for the 12-Month Period Commencing April 1, 2025. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

5. Recommended by Financial Services Organization Approval of Estimated Water Supply Cost, Water Quality Improvement, Owens Valley Regulatory, and Water Infrastructure Expenditures for July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. Expenditures for inclusion for a 12-month period commencing July 1, 2025. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

6. Recommended by Financial Services Organization Approval of Transmittal of Preliminary Fiscal Year 2025-2026 LADWP Budget to the Los Angeles City Council – Power Revenue Fund Receipts and Appropriations Budget and Associated Schedules, Disclosure Associated with Amendment of Rule No. 15, Part 15-E, Section I.1, for Underground Line Extensions in Public Property. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(1).

7. Recommended by Financial Services Organization Approval of Transmittal of Preliminary Fiscal Year 2025-2026 LADWP Budget to the Los Angeles City Council – Water Revenue Fund Receipts and Appropriations Budget and Associated Schedule. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(1).

8. Recommended by Financial Services Organization Approval of Trust Funds Investment Policy for LADWP. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

9. Recommended by Water System Approval of Contract No. 8012 for Earthquake Resistant Ductile Iron Pipe and Appurtenances for Roscoe Trunk Line Project with S & J Supply Company, Inc. This is a one-time purchase for an estimated expenditure of $5,874,922, for an amount not to exceed $6,756,160. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15070-15075.
