Recommended by Office of the City Attorney for Water and Power Approval of First Amendment to Agreement No. 47815-4 between the City of Los Angeles, acting by and through the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and Saul Ewing, LLP. The proposed budget for the Agreement remains at $585,000. Outside Counsel's billing schedule is $360-$390 for Partners, $320 for Senior Counsel, $280 for Associates and $150 for Paralegals. The Amendment would extend the term of the Agreement by two years, making the new termination date January 4, 2027. Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).
