5. Recommended by Water System Approval of Memorandum of Understanding with Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board Relating to Investigation of Groundwater Contamination. The total amount of this Memorandum of Understanding Agreement will not exceed $990,000, or $330,000, annually. This MOU expires on December 31, 2027.
