Recommended by Financial Services Organization Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 47614 for Actuarial and Advisory Services for Retirement, Retiree Medical and Death Benefits with The Segal Company, Inc. The Amendment will increase the Agreement amount by $360,000 to a new not-to-exceed amount of $1,224,250. The Agreement expiration date of July 27, 2025, will not change.
