Recommended by Office of the Chief Information Technology Officer Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 47584 for IT Mainframe Application Assistance Services with International Business Machines Corporation. The Amendment will increase the agreement amount by $1,444,000.00, for a new not-to-exceed amount of $1,904,000.00. The Amendment will also increase the agreement term by twelve months for a total of one year and eleven months. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3). City Council approval is required.
