D. Closed Session The Board shall recess into closed session for a conference with legal counsel regarding the below items: 1. Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP (PwC), Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. BC574690 (including current appeals and designated related cases. The Board shall publicly report any action taken in closed session and the vote or abstention of every member present thereon, in accordance with Section 54957.1 of the California Government Code.
