Recommended by Water System Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 47804 with URS Corporation Americas and Agreement No. 47805 with Kleinfelder West, Inc. for the Van Norman Complex Projects Geotechnical Services. The Amendment will extend the Agreements by up to one year and increase the not to exceed amount by $500,000 for each Agreement. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3). City Council approval is required.
