18. Administrative Action: To approve the salary and relocation costs for the newly appointed General Manager of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.

19. Recommended by Board of Water and Power Commissioners Approval of Resolution Authorizing the Travel of Board Commissioner George S. McGraw to New York, New York, from May 21-24, 2024, representing the Los Angeles Board of Water and Power Commissioners at the Smart City USA Expo.

9. PUBLIC APPOINTMENT (Section 54957(b)(1) and Section 54957.6 of the California Government Code) Consideration of appointment of the General Manager/Chief Executive Officer of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power. The Board shall publicly report any action taken in closed session and the vote or abstention of every member present thereon, in accordance with Section 54957.1 of the California Government Code.
