Recommended by Office of the City Attorney for Water and Power Approval of the First Amendment to Agreement No. 47763-3 between the City of Los Angeles, acting by and through the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and Burke Williams & Sorensen, LLP. The Amendment adds $900,000 for an aggregate budget of $1,400,000. The term of the Agreement, commencing on March 1, 2023, and terminating February 28, 2026, shall not change with the Amendment. Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Section 15061(b)(3).
