L. Items for Approval
1. Recommended by Office of the Chief Information Technology Officer Approval of Contract No. 284 for Furnishing and Delivering Communication Network Equipment with Logicalis, Inc. The Contract is for a term of three years with two one-year renewal options, and a not to exceed amount of $78,467,500. Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
2. Recommended by Office of the Chief Operating Officer Approval of 2023 Grid Reliability Study Required by the Statewide Once-Through-Cooling Policy. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
3. Recommended by Power System Approval of Agreement Nos. 47765A through 47765E for Professional, Technical, and Engineering Consulting Services WSP USA Inc.; AECOM Technical Services, Inc.; Stantec Consulting Services Inc.; TRC Solutions, Inc.; and HDR Engineering, Inc., Respectively. The Agreement is for a term of five years and for a total amount not to exceed $104,000,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
4. Recommended by Power System Approval of Amended and Restated Arizona Nuclear Power Project Hassayampa Switchyard Interconnection Agreement, LADWP No. BP 23-005. The LADWP s current share of the annual expenditure for operation, maintenance, and capital improvement of the ANPP Switchyard is approximately $375,000 and is not expected to be impacted. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines 15277.
5. Recommended by Power System Approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Eland Solar and Storage Center, Phase 1 Power Purchase Agreement; Amendment Nos. 1 and 2 to the Eland Solar and Storage Center, Phase 2 Power Purchase Agreement; and Amendment No. 1 to the Eland Solar and Storage Center, Phase 2 Option Agreement. The Amendment will increase the energy cost by $8.5 Million from the original energy price. The original 25-year term remains unchanged with an estimated energy cost of $1,007 Million an increase of $212.3 Million over the 25-year term. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).
6. Recommended by Water System Approval of Agreement No. WR-23-203 Between LADWP and Playa Vista Parks and Landscape Corporation, Regarding Recycled Water Service at Multiple Locations in Playa Vista, California 90094. This Agreement is effective for sixty months from the date of execution. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15268(b)(4).
7. Recommended by Water System Approval of Memorandum of Agreement by and among LADWP, Crescenta Valley Water District, Foothill Municipal Water District, and Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. The MOA sets forth operating conditions for a term of 20 years. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

Recommended by Water System Approval of Agreement No. WR-23-1014 Between LADWP and Southern California Golf LLC, Acting as Agent for Van Nuys Golf Management Partners LLC, Regarding Recycled Water Service at 6550 Odessa Avenue, Van Nuys, California 91406. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15268(b)(4).
