3.Recommended by Office of the General Manager and Chief Engineer Approval of the Establishment of a Bereavement Leave Policy for International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 18; Management Employees Association; Association of Confidential Employees; Los Angeles Water and Power Load Dispatchers Association; Service Employees International Union, Local 721; Unrepresented Employees - Bargaining Units U and V. The estimated annual value ranges from approximately $871,521 to $1,741,455. The actual expenditures will depend on usage levels, which will vary annually. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

4. Recommended by Power System Approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Eland Solar and Storage Center, Phase 1 Power Purchase Agreement; Amendment Nos. 1 and 2 to the Eland Solar and Storage Center, Phase 2 Power Purchase Agreement; and Amendment No. 1 to the Eland Solar and Storage Center, Phase 2 Option Agreement. The Amendment will increase the energy cost by $8.5 Million from the original energy price. The original 25-year term remains unchanged with an estimated energy cost of $1,007 Million, an increase of $212.3 Million over the 25-year term. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).
