Recommended by Power System Approval of Contract Nos. 310A, 310B, and 310C for 600-Volts Underground, Overhead, and Miscellaneous Wire and Cable with AMEK A & S, Inc.; Wesco Distribution Inc.; and CME Wire and Cable, for a term of one year with two one-year optional renewal periods and an amount not to exceed $98,366,097. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

16. Recommended by Power System Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 279 for Class 4 – 8 Vocational Trucks with Related Accessories, Attachments, and Supplies with 72 Hour LLC dba National Auto Fleet Group. The Amendment will increase the term with one optional renewal period, and will increase the amount of $102,000,000 to $192,000,000, for an amount not to exceed $222,000,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

17. Recommended by Water System Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 7805 for North Haiwee Dam No. 2 Project with Road and Highway Builders, LLC. The Amendment will increase the Agreement by $30,000,0000, for an amount not to exceed $185,505,555. Determine item is in compliance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15080-15097.

18. Recommended by Water System Approval of Agreement No. 47780 for Professional Services for the Eastern Sierra Airborne Electromagnetic Survey Project with Ramboll US Consulting, Inc., for a term of one year and an amount not to exceed $960,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15306.

19. Recommended by Water System Approval of Agreement No. WRS-21-1011 with Los Angeles World Airports Regarding Advanced Treated Recycled Water Service at Los Angeles International Airport, for a term of 30 years. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15268(b)(4).
