9. Recommended by Office of the General Manager and Chief Engineer Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 49711-3 with Management Systems Consulting Corporation for Strategic Planning and Associated Training Services. The Amendment will extend the Agreement term from one year to five years and increase the not to exceed amount by $585,715. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(2). 

10. Recommended by Power System – Engineering, Planning, and Technical Services Approval of Commercial Energy Storage to Grid Pilot Program Guidelines, its Corresponding Standard Offer for Commercial Energy Storage to Grid Pilot Interconnection Agreement, Energy Storage System >50 Kilowatts, and Pilot Standard Offer Agreement Distribution Voltage Energy Storage Supply Service Agreement, with an estimated cost of $4.5 million, and an amount not to exceed $32 million. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3). City Council approval is required per Charter Section 373.
