11. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL (Section 54957(a) of the California Government Code) Consultation with General Manager and Chief Engineer, Martin L. Adams of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (including security operations) regarding security issues pertaining to the essential public services (Water and Electric service).   The Board shall publicly report any action taken in closed session and the vote or abstention of every member present thereon, in accordance with Section 54957.1 of the California Government Code.
