14. Recommended by Power System – Engineering, Planning, and Technical Services Approval of Renewal Agreement for the Acquisition of Capacity (LADWP Agreement No. BP 21-004), Renewal Transmission Service Contract (LADWP Agreement No. BP 21-005), and Renewal Agency Agreement (LADWP Agreement No. BP 21-006) between the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and the Southern California Public Power Authority, to extend the Agreement to the year 2077 for an estimated total cost of $1,000,000,000.
