1. Recommended by Corporate Services Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 47508 for Third-Party Administration Services for LADWP's Flexible Benefits Program with Total Administrative Service Corporation. The Amendment will extend the term by twenty days, for a total term of five years and twenty days. Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
2. Recommended by Corporate Services Approval of the observance of the Juneteenth Holiday for the City of Los Angeles - Department of Water and Power. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(2). City Council approval is required.
3. Recommended by Corporate Services Approval of Letter of Intent and Amendment to Los Angeles Department of Water and Power Health Plans Resolution Nos. 86-169 and 97-244 to Extend Healthcare Subsidies to Utility Pre-Craft Trainee, Utility Worker, and Certain Bridge Classifications. The annual cost to provide health and dental subsidies to active employees in these two classes is estimated between $985,394 to $2,788,666. Actual cost will vary depending on coverage elected by each employee. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
4. Recommended by External and Regulatory Affairs Approval of Agreement No. 47726 for Acquisition and Management of Habitat Lands - Heron Pacific, LLC dba Wildlands, for a term of five years and an amount not to exceed $5,000,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
5. Recommended by External and Regulatory Affairs Approval of Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 47880 for the North Haiwee Dam Seismic Improvement Project - URS Corporation Americas. The Amendment will increase the not to exceed amount by $3,000,000, for a new not to exceed amount of $7,500,000. Determine item is in compliance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15080-15097 (Environmental Impact Report previously adopted). City Council approval is required in accordance with Charter Section 373.

Recommended by External and Regulatory Affairs Approval of Memorandum of Understanding for License with the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks for Operation, Sampling, and Maintenance of two existing Groundwater Monitoring Wells within Valley Plaza Park Located at 12240 Archwood Street, North Hollywood, California 91606 - LADWP Real Estate File No. W 102112, for a term of 30 years. Determine item is in compliance with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Sections 15070-15075 (Mitigated Negative Declaration adopted on May 9, 2017).

Recommended by External and Regulatory Affairs Approval of Purchase and Sale Agreement and Escrow Instructions for Purchase of Real Property Located at 21422 Roscoe Boulevard, Canoga Park, California 91304 - LADWP File No. P-102958, for a sum of $12,800,000, plus customary escrow fees, closing costs, and related expenses. Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15060 (c)(2) and (c)(3).
