Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

2. Recommended by External and Regulatory Affairs Approval of 2021 Grid Reliability Study Required by Statewide Once-Through-Cooling Policy. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(1).
