2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – EXISTING LITIGATION (Subdivision (d)(1) of Government Code Section 54956.9) Antwon Jones v. City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. BC577267 (and designated related cases, including related appeals).

3. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION (Subdivision (d)(2) of Government Code Section 54956.9) Significant exposure to litigation regarding September 7, 2021, Claim from the Big Pine Paiute Tribe of the Owens Valley.

4. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION (Subdivision (c)(4) of Government Code Section 54956.9) Initiation of litigation (1 case). The Board shall publicly report any action taken in closed session and the vote or abstention of every member present thereon in accordance with Section 54957.1 of the California Government Code.
