(Recommended by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Resolution Adopting the Election Results of the Three Contributing Members of the Water and Power Employees’ Retirement Plan to the Board of Administration for the Election Held in April 2021. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

A. Evaluation of Performance of General Manager: Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957(b)(1), the Board shall Meet in closed session to evaluate the performance of the General Manager. The Board shall publicly report any action taken in closed session and the vote or abstention of every member present thereon, in accordance with Section 54957.1 of the California Government Code.
