The Board shall recess into closed session for a conference with legal counsel regarding: A.Conference with Labor Negotiators: Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957.6, the Board will meet in closed session with the Department's labor negotiators (the Department's General Manager and Chief Engineer and Chief Human Resources Officer) concerning labor negotiations with: International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 18 Management Employees Association B. Consultation with General Manager and Chief Engineer of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (including security operations and infrastructure security) regarding security issues pertaining to the essential public services (water and electric service and security matters related thereto), pursuant to Section 54957(a) of the California Government Code. The Board shall publicly report any action taken in closed session and the vote or abstention of every member present thereon, in accordance with Section 54957.1 of the California Government Code.
