(Recommended by General Counsel Water and Power) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Proposed Third Amendment to Agreement No. 47473-8 between the City of Los Angeles, Department of Water and Power and Downey Brand LLP (Outside Counsel) to provide the Department legal advice and representation relating to natural resource legal issues. The Amendment will extend the term by two years and increase the amount by $400,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).
