(Recommended by General Counsel Water and Power) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Proposed First Amendment to Agreement No. 47518-9 between the City of Los Angeles, Department of Water and Power and the Law Firm of Everett Dorey to Provide Legal Advice and Representation for the Defense of Wildfire Matters. The Amendment will increase the amount by $1,250,000. All other terms remain the same. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).
