(Recommended by Chief Financial Officer) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Agreement No. 47580 for SAS Energy Forecasting Software and Application with SAS Institute, Inc., for a term of five years and an amount not to exceed $4,900,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

13. (Recommended by Chief Financial Officer and Senior Assistant General Manager – Power System Engineering, Planning, and Technical Services) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Natural Gas Risk Management – Retail Natural Gas Volume and Expense Budget for Fiscal Years 2020-2021 Through 2025-2026. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

14. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – External and Regulatory Affairs/Chief Sustainability Officer and Senior Assistant General Manager – Water System) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Adoption of the De Soto Tanks and Pump Station Environmental Impact Report in Accordance with the California Environment Quality Act. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – Power System Engineering, Planning, and Technical Services) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of McCullough-Victorville Lines 1 and 2 Series Compensation Project Ordinance Requesting Engineer-Procure-Construct Criteria. City Council approval by ordinance is required. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

16. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – Water System) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Third Addendum to Lease – Lease No. 1504 with 7-11 Materials, Inc. The Addendum will establish rents for the third five-year rental period. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3). CLOSED SESSION

2. Joseph Ramirez v. Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. BC713030, pursuant to Section 54956.9(a) of the California Government Code.

3. California Coastal Commission Proceeding re: Violation No. V-5-19-0109, pursuant to Section 54956.9(a) of the California Government Code.

B. Anticipated litigation in the following matters:

1. Discussion regarding significant exposure to litigation (2 cases), pursuant to Subdivision (b)(1) of Section 54956.9 of the California Government Code, including: Claim of Keith Holland, LADWP Claim File No. 1044290-1.
