2. County of Mono v. City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, Alameda County Superior Court Case No. RG18923377, pursuant to Section 54956.9(a) of the California Government Code.

3. California Coastal Commission Proceeding re: Violation No. V-5-19-0109, pursuant to Section 54956.9(a) of the California Government Code.

B. Anticipated litigation in the following matters:

1. Discussion regarding significant exposure to litigation (2 cases), pursuant to Subdivision (b)(1) of Section 54956.9 of the California Government Code, including: Claim of Ann Peifer, LADWP Claim File No. 1045039-1.

2. Discussion regarding initiation of litigation (2 cases), pursuant to Subdivision (c) of Section 54956.9 of the California Government Code, including: LADWP property damage claim against the U.S. Department of Army, LADWP Claim File No. 1043194.

C. Conference with Labor Negotiators: Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957.6, the Board will meet in closed session with the Department’s labor negotiators (the Department’s General Manager and Chief Engineer and Chief Human Resources Officer) concerning labor negotiations with: International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 18 Management Employees Association Non-Represented Managers
