In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority prepared an Environmental Impact Report (State Clearing House Number 9011169) for the Alameda Corridor Project and filed a Notice of Determination on January 14, 1993. City Council approval is required.
