(Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – Power System Engineering, Planning, and Technical Services) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Contract Nos. 780A, 780B, and 780C for Galvanized Steel Distribution Poles, Spun Concrete Distribution Poles, Fiberglass Distribution Poles, Ductile Iron Distribution Poles, and Fiberglass Crossarms with Anixter, Inc.; WESCO Distribution, Inc.; and McWane Poles. The Amendment will extend the term by two additional one-year renewal periods and increase the cumulative amount by $16,485,408.
