(Recommended by General Counsel Water and Power) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Proposed First Amendment to Agreement No. 47520-9 between the City of Los Angeles, Department of Water and Power and the Law Firm of Wood Smith Henning & Berman LLP, to Provide Legal Advice and Representation for the Defense of Wildfire Matters. The Amendment will increase the amount by $1,800,000. The term of the contract remains the same. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).
