2. Discussion regarding initiation of litigation (2 cases), pursuant to Subdivision (c)(4) of Section 54956.9 of the California Government Code.
C. Conference with Labor Negotiators: Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957.6, the Board will meet in closed session with the Department's labor negotiators (the Department's General Manager and Chief Engineer and Director of Human Resources) concerning labor negotiations with: International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 18 Management Employees Association
D. Consultation with General Manager and Chief Engineer of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (including security operations and infrastructure security) regarding security issues pertaining to the essential public services (water and electric service and security matters related thereto), pursuant to Section 54957(a) of the California Government Code.
E. Real Estate Matters:
1. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, the Board will meet in closed session for a conference with Real Property Negotiators concerning the price and terms for lease of the real property located at 233 S. Beaudry Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90017. LADWP Real Property Negotiator: Massoud Saboury, Director of Real Estate Negotiating Parties: Golden Hills Properties, Greg Powers, Michael Delijani, and Shahram Delijani
2. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, the Board will meet in closed session for a conference with Real Property Negotiators concerning the price and terms for purchase of the real property located at 3200 North San Fernando Road, Los Angeles, CA 90065. LADWP Real Property Negotiator: Massoud Saboury, Director of Real Estate Negotiating Parties: 3200 North San Fernando, LLC, Chris Lee, Margaret Lee, Kenneth Lee, and James Lee
3. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, the Board will meet in closed session for a conference with Real Property Negotiators concerning the price and terms for purchase of the real property located at 140 Avenue 21, Los Angeles, CA 90031. LADWP Real Property Negotiator: Massoud Saboury, Director of Real Estate Negotiating Parties: Mark L. Goldenson and Janet Vadiveloo, Co-Trustees of the Goldenson Family Charitable Remainder Trust, and Ed Palmer The Board shall publicly report any action taken in closed session and the vote or abstention of every member present thereon, in accordance with Section 54957.1 of the California Government Code.
